If you know someone who has had to rebuild their 1200 HP Hennessey and he doesn't even track his. Then I would take that as a clue to stay away from Hennessy.
I am one of those that says to stay away from Hennessey since they are overpriced and have had a very long (since the 90s) history of screwing over their customers.
Go find a stock 1LE and modify it yourself if you want to from a place that'll do it better and at a much more reasonable price.
