That isn't cheap though, and trying to determine what parts might be needed won't be easy.

In today's custom parts build market nothing is off the table as far as obtainability is concerned. It should be fairly easy to get a lot of this stuff long after GM discontinues it. Especially considering some of these items that GM built were made using 3D printers anyways.
