I know the original post was made a few years ago, but I did the same thing just today and had the same code. Same solution. I have a basic obd scanner. hooked it up today, cleared code and so far, no further issues. My scanner, by the way, has worked on four very different cars so far... a 2000 saab, 2015 fiat. 2018 Alfa. My 2023 Camaro. All turbos. The tool has paid for itself many times over.
