These guys apparently offer flexplate bolts (4th link from that query, no personal affiliation): https://www.michiganmotorsports.com/...astners/gen-5/
I meant that the Gen 5 LT1 was still reporting non-Gen 5 LT1 content. Gen 5 is the engine, because the car is not relevant in this case. I was only stating that I was unable to dig up specific information about LT1/LT4 folks using ARP rocker studs. Most of what I was finding was LS talk and older LT1 talk. If they are having issues with the Gen 5 LT1 rocker studs, again, not being talked about. I would think if using OEM trunions and drilling them out to fit ARP studs, it would be a topic of conversation somewhere, but I didn't find any threads on it. Same for the ARP nuts not fitting the CHE trunions.

Also, to my understanding, flexplate bolts are not the same as flywheel bolts. I think flexplate bolts are shorter. Also, ARP specifically states not to use their flexplate bolts on a MT flywheel. Some day, I will have to replace my clutch/flywheel, and when I do, I will make sure I can move away from OE hardware. Stealership wants $14 per bolt, and I need 8 of them. Then they tell me they'll have to order them. RockAuto only wants $7 per bolt. And I can get them 2nd day for $27. Guess who got my money? But the industry likes to discontinue hardware, so the last thing I want is to be caught in that shitty trap. Hopefully there are normal flywheels/clutch kits in the aftermarket lol.

Update, I did get in touch with ARP again this morning and they worked with me to find a nut that fits their rocker studs but has a smaller diameter flange. If it works out, they want pics to send to their team to push for kit options, as I am not the first person to contact them regarding issues with this stud kit. Won't help with drilling OEM trunions, but for the many running CHE's, it'll be nice to have the option for the smaller diameter nut flange. For the record, the nut flange will be slightly bigger than the OEM bolt flange, but within the CHE trunion's footprint. He said they advise keeping the kits torque spec and procedures, so nothing changes there. And he submitted a report for the flywheel bolts and said I wasn't alone in reporting non-fitment for the OE flywheel setup either.

Hopefully we have a solution for the rocker studs, will be nice to utilize those. I'll be returning the flywheel bolts.
