Yeah the BTR 220 wasn't originally part of my build sheet, it just happened to be part of a deal, so I'm not sure how much boost is going to be lost out of the exhaust, and so I'm not sure yet on where my cherry spot will be for pulley size. Ideal would be the car makes 600-650whp on whatever it makes. But the math doesn't support that. According to Procharger, with a 4.88" pulley I'll see somewhere around 9psi at 6500rpm. I plan on a 7,000rpm redline and a max shift at 6,800rpm. It makes what it makes. If the car sees 9psi, with all the engine goodies, it's likely going to make more than 650. Unfortunately I won't have a baseline to go off of for this dyno, and I don't track my car, so I'll only get one performance metric. Personally, I'll let the fuel system decide how much power is enough, LOL.
