Any update on this situation. I'm having a similar issue of oil puddling on top of intakes valves. I have changed valves stem seals twice and now even had the guides and valves themselves replaced with no change. I double checked used thread sealant and gasket maker on rocker bolt protrusions and still getting oil on top of the intake valves. I'm starting to lean towards some type of casting issue but curious if you ever found a solution besides just changing to another set of heads.
