Cam Bolt Torque

The search function is apparently broken on this forum. I saw a post once upon a time that someone had calculated what the actual torque was for the Cam Bolt. I know the book says 48ft/lbs + 90 degrees. What is the actual ft/lb spec? Also, what is the 2nd time torque spec, if anyone has it? Thanks!
