I got the IGLA system awhile ago and for what it provides. I'm quite happy with it.
I really like how that it just lets the car work as it came from the factory, remote start was a big thing for me that I knew I wanted to keep working(either from the Fob or the App).

I really feel like unless someone comes by with a tow truck my car isn't going to go anywhere unless I want it to.

Also for me the PIN isn't a pain to use, especially if it's configured to require a pin before driving. Though don't honestly think it is that bad either when it is set to inhibit start either. However I have to login into multiple systems a day for my work, so your thoughts might vary on this. Plus there is the option to also use the included Fobs for authorization, which makes the whole thing invisible when I tested using them. Though using the fobs comes with a reduction in security, ie if those stolen with your regular key then someone could potential drive off. That's why it's recommended if going to use them to not keep in the car, or your fob, and don't use them for service visits.

Actually have the car in shop right now, and set a temp pin and show them how to enter it and drive the car. So if something happens know for sure that someone in the shop isn't doing good things. Could also completely disable system temporarily using service mode, but again there is a reduction in security doing that.

Also don't use it alone if parking somewhere where I want even more security/deterrence, have some additional layers. I always have a OBD port lock on(just to slow them down), even though if they program a key not going to do any good. And also add a brake lock(which again might be enough for someone to walk away, and if not adds more time). Again things to add to time before they even can attempt to try and start the car. Figure that thieves may just give up before they get to even trying to start it.

Currently planning on add the OBD block upgrade to disable the OBD port entirely if not authorized by IGLA, and possibly also a Compustar system(not to stop a thief but deter/slow them down) still haven't decided on this one.

So have had no real issues, though if you have it set to stall the engine, and forgot to authorize it will end up with some codes that need to be cleared(they aren't real but just part of the process of how IGLA interfaces with the car's computers to prevent theft). Never really considered anything else as the system and what it did sold me. Plus seeing how many cars that have had it have been attempted to be stolen but haven't was a big plus, along with some of the additional modes like anti-carjacking that can be added. I live in a city where they are unknown so having that as an option was another factor.

The price for sure isn't the cheapest. But nothing else I looked at the time did what it does and what I wanted, so other things fell by the way side pretty quickly. My biggest concern now is broken windows, and other damage from failed theft attempts(hence considering adding the Compustar), but better than worrying if the car is going to be gone completely.

So to sum it all up, I would definitely recommend it.
Hope this helps!
