Just encase someone else does this. You will have to manually release the cable using the 1/4 inch socket as described in an above reply. Then you will have to push down the brake pedal and also push the emergency brake button down to let the computer think you have reset the brake cable as well. At that point you can erase the code and everything is back to normal. Once again thanks for the help.
