Forget the heat. Aren't Florida home insurance prices
through the roof? Haven't a bunch of insurance companies bailed out of providing coverage due to all the claims from flooding/hurricanes?
No way I'd want to live somewhere like that. Vacation? Great! But actually living there? Hard pass.
