CAMARO6 - View Single Post - Zl1 torque converter extra stall work with BTR 230 cam

Tried searching and search was down so looked through about 10 forum pages. Found nothing.
I have a 2016 with 8l90 and was looking at the BTR 230 cam and they state needs a bigger stall. Is The higher stall in a zl1
enough or do i need about a 3000 to 3200. It is not daily but is driven often. Yes i know (Get a circle D)
but i was wondering if my budget will not afford it right now, since im spending about 4k just in other parts if it will work reliably or push through the brakes.
I have also read on here that i could run stock converter with a 225 cam and be fine.. Thanks for the input.
