I don't think it makes a lot of sense to spend $50k on a car then try to find the cheapest way to make it drive differently. You're ready to reduce fuel economy with $4.50/gal premium fuel prices, so $200 shouldn't be a lot of money. Just wait until you're buying 10 qts of 0W-40 Supercar every 5k miles.
We know the Range module works well, is supported well, and is compatible with the 2023 model.
I wouldn't trust anything random off Amazon that is a Chinese clone. It may be fine for a mid 2000's Silverado, but I wouldn't cheap out in a new car under warranty.
