Actually, I think that the torque numbers they gave you are messed up. Your baseline pull has torque more than 11% higher than hp, hmmm. Knowing that the LT1 engine has been rated by the SAE as 455/455, and that most stock SS dyno tests that I've seen have had torque within 2% of the horsepower (mine was within 0.5% BTW), it looks like an issue with that dyno. Possibly the rpm signal has been having a problem. What do the graphs look like?

As far as the hp vs torque trade-off, with your current mods, I would indeed expect a larger gain in hp than in torque, such as the thread that I'd linked shows, but I don't believe that you actually lost 25 lb/ft of torque from the MSD/95/tune. To me, those torque numbers point to a problem with the test equipment. Which sucks, since you are doing it right by attempting to track these mods on the same dyno.
