Optimal mix depends on the configuration and fuel system. For a bolt-on SS like yours, e85 straight out of the pump is the best for performance. No need to mix fuels for a bolt-on SS, because your stock fuel system can handle it. When you see someone talking about mix, it's because they have an inadequate fuel system to run straight e85, like with a blower. Superchargers tax the fuel system severely, because parasitic drag uses some extra fuel beyond what the higher hp numbers do.
