The new Z06 sounds very exotic, much like a Ferrari or a Lambo and yes, I'm sure that's what GM's target was when it came to the sound of the car. They succeeded. The GT350 sounds totally different even though it's a FPC V8, it doesn't have that high rpm scream like the Z06 does, it still sounds more like an American V8, even more so like a standard Ford V8, just much louder.

For the record, I never put down your SS or looked down on you for it. I'm certainly not one of those guys. I have friends with SS's and it's still a damn fine vehicle, yours is modded so I'm sure it's a handful.
