Did you apply threadlocker to the caliper bolts? Also, what torque did you tighten them to (the spec calls for 111 lb-ft initial + 15-30° final pass if I remember correctly)?

I also have SS 1LE brakes, and they exhibit no vibration at all, whether it's light or even emergency braking, after several rotor and pad changes. If the bolts are tight and your rotor looks fine, you could indeed try re-bedding the pads.
