The license is tied to the device that tunes the vehicle. You paid for this when you originally had it tuned. A new device tuning it will require new license. It isn’t every time a tune is written just the access to do so. The only way to avoid this is to take it back to the first shop that tuned it and ask them to change it. KingLT1, megahurtz and Ted Jannetty are the main turners on here that could help you out. I’ve started doing it as a side deal but don’t have the experience they do.
