I found a video of a fellow putting gloss black 1LE MRR rims on a white Camaro, they look good in the video, but I'm not sure how they would look in person. I'm going with gloss black side skirts and front splitter, as well as gloss black SS badging, which is the one thing keeping me interested in the gloss black rims. I'll probably just go with the 30's over the 35's, although I like the look of the 35's a little better.


I just installed MRRs gunmetal on mine yesterday. Really changed the look of the car, went with the standard 1LE tire sizes, although it could probably use another 1/2 to fill the gap, and the fronts do poke out a little. The car does sit a little lower too, perhaps 1/4 inch or so.

I too did want black wheels but I did not want a glossy wheel, I wish they came in a satin/matte black but the gunmetal is much darker than the website shows it as. Here is how they look on mine:
