CAMARO6 - View Single Post - Constant whining-buzzing noise!

Hello fellas,
I have a 18 Camaro SS and have this constant buzzing/static/hissing frequency noise from the passenger rear speaker side. I have no idea if it's a ground wire issue or amp. It happens at all times, gets louder when accelerating or even if my wipers come on, while operating the noise gets louder. Any help would be much appreciated.
