I’m about to list my 23 2ss 1le to either get a zl1 or a different high powered car. I’m going to be taking a huge loss but the ss 1le has such a good chassis that it feels very underpowered with the LT1 in it. Whatever you do, do not get the 2ss 1le if you truly want a zl1.
I agree on both points. Keep looking. It took me looking for several months before I found the ZL1 I wanted. And I recommend determining which transmission you want before trying to narrow your search down. Only the OP can make that call.

I've owned both an SS 1LE and a ZL1. They are both great cars. But if you really want a ZL1 I wouldn't settle for a 1LE. If you do you will regret it. The two cars are both very similar with the exception to the difference in horsepower. And that difference is very noticeable. I like to say that the 1LE is like the ZL1 without the supercharger. Once you drive the ZL1 you will not look at the 1LE quite the same. And that is no knock on how good the 1LE is.
