Yes but, I don't go by torque specs, I just follow the pattern to torque them from middle outward by feel. Reason being you will have to tighten them 2-3 times after installing manifold. So just snug them down in the correct pattern. And then recheck after a few heat cycles, and then rinse repeat after 500 miles or so.
