I recommend checking https://www.tirerack.com/ to check specs on your tire sizes to get min & max recommended wheel widths.
Unfortunately, I don't think that has the answers you're looking for as at least for Continental EC Sport at 295/30/20 it says 10-11" and for 305/30/20 it says 10.5-11.5"
