Not sure how accurate this is, but was reading about a theft on Reddit and they mentioned the Autel tool thieves are using to generate a new key don't need a physical connection to the OBD port. Hope that isn't the case, because I was planning on getting an OBD lock to go with the mobilistics starter relay.
