I guess GM's supply chain optimization algorithm considers the volume as well, and the few thousand ZL1 1LEs and SS 1LEs that were sold don't justify keeping the parts pipeline fed with these parts, they may say "nah, eff that, if someone comes in with a warranty claim, we'll custom order that one part from a supplier and make the sucker who bought the car wait 2-3-4 months, who cares, we'll still be better off overall".
