1) Correct, I don't think this is a con because I want them to know that I know where they are. The AirTags in my car have the speaker disabled so they won't be able to use the feature to locate the tag to find them either.

3) I will definitely follow it. It's dependent on the actions you take after following the AirTag's locations that will get you in trouble, not the actual act of going there.
