The catch can is typically installed between the PCV valve and the intake vacuum port as shown in the 4th photo in this post:

You could run a line from your currently plugged PCV valve in the valley to the catch can. Then catch can to your vacuum block. This will run blowby vapors through the vacuum block. Or you could tee into the line going from vacuum port to the vacuum block, which might keep the vacuum block internals cleaner.

With your PCV valve currently plugged you are not evacuating the crankcase.
