I don't see how your system is evacuating crankcase gases this way. You have the intake vacuum source plumbed to the vacuum block. Two taps on the vacuum block appear to go to the brake booster and somewhere else.
The red plugged thing in the valley is the PCV valve. Crankcase gases typically get pulled up through that into the intake. This is the evacuation route.
The inlet for this system goes through the oil separator. A single tube runs from the air intake fitting (after the MAF, but before the throttle body) to the center fitting on the oil separator. There are left and right tubes that go from the top of the oil separator to the tops of the left and right valve covers. This vents both valve covers.
