They explained everything and answered all my questions. The guys I had where very professional. Unit came with 2 plugs, one for each key, and extras could be ordered but only with the serial number that comes with the unit. Otherwise the plug pin combination won't match and the new plug will not work.

Do you have to leave the plug in the whole time you’re driving or can it be removed after you start the car?
