Here is a crazy idea. What if you installed a console switchplate from Emblempros - https://www.emblempros.com/inc/sdetail/54415/90135. It supports up to 9 switches. Cut the + lead to the start switch and wire it to the switchplate. You could wire up to 9 switches in series. Install some of the switches backwards so that on is off and off is on. This way only a certain pattern of the switches being on/off will allow power to the start switch. Only you would know it is there and only you would know the pattern required to complete the circuit. It would probably also allow remote start to function as long as remote start does not need power to the start switch.

Like I said just a wild idea. Just trying to think outside the box.
