Mosaic black is certainly different than black. BTW the black trim (front grill, splitter, side skirts, hood bulge, and rear valance) on all ZL1s is Mosaic black. It looks kind of odd on other black (non Mosaic black) ZL1s.
And yes you can get a ZL1 without a sunroof. Although from experience finding a ZL1 witn a manual transmission and without a sunroof can be more difficult.
The rear view camera was added in 2019 and mounted in the rear spoiler. Since the 2020 model year it's been in the shark fin mounted on the roof. My ZL1 is Summit White. After purchasing the car I replaced my rear spoiler with a Mosaic black ZL1 spoiler which matches the other Mosaic pieces on the car.
