This. I’m a mechanical contractor and can tell you that you definitely don’t want that rusty nasty water on your car or hanging around in the storage unit. If it’s condensation, throw some cheap Home Depot foam insulation on the piping. But if it’s a leak then the storage unit owner needs to fix it.
