I don't doubt the battery tender plus is good, but Ctek is more versatile, as you can set it for charging large (e.g. car) vs small (e.g. motorcycle) batteries. Also it is a relatively small plastic unit, so you could actually set it on your hood without damaging the car.
On amazon, $94 for the ctek vs. $59 for the tender plus.
