So... As long as the oil containers are sealed is it ok to keep this oil for over a year? (my oil changes are about every 10 months or so since I only drive 2,000-2,500 miles per year).

ExxonMobil recommends a five-year maximum shelf life for engine oils, including Mobil 1™ synthetic motor oil on their website.
