So your 3 to 2 downshift (or 4, to 2 probably not 5 or 6 to 2) is grinding or resisting.
* Are you rev matching (either manual or auto rev match)? (Need to do this.)
* Do you ever have a grind or resist on the 1 to 2 upshift? (This is where you would likely get a grind in my experience from worn synchros or just the hardest work the synchro is doing to match speeds.)
