I suppose the first thing which might help is to figure out when it is setting the code. Is it during the pressurization (leak) test or during a purge cycle?
Any right rear wheel well area damage that might have affected charcoal canister or vent line?
Here's an old post of mine which describes the location of some components. There is a filter on the vent line.
