As others have said the stock run flats are relatively annoying tires with decent warm weather dry grip, which is their strongest feature.
I would drive the car until you can't live with the crappy wet handling and then replace all 4 tires. I lived with the run-flats until they wore down. But my Camaro is in New Jersey. I would not want those tires in Florida, where I also spend a good bit of time.
After my first attempted winter with the run flats, I bought the 2nd set of wheels and mounted all seasons which I used the cold half of the year. In Florida, you can go summer or all-season year 'round.
