And the owners have parking spots for those who don't intend to pump, but want to come inside. But people still block a pump instead. It's a douche move. Just as it is to park in a charging spot with an EV, but don't plug in.

Simple.... Don't intend to pump gas? Don't park at the pump. Don't intend to charge? Don't park at the EV charging station.
