I've got a blower on my 2SS... I never get better than 4.0 seconds 0-60 on the street even with drag radials (no burnout and no street prep). Typical is about 4.2. Nannies off, rolling on about 30-60% throttle until 40 mph, then WOT.

Tires and pavement are the limiting factor more than anything you can do with the car on the street.

Ive had "launch issues" with torque mgmt on the dragstrip, but so far getting 3.0-3.1 sec 0-60. Im betting that ill get sub 3 sec 0-60 once torque management sorted. Hopefully already is, just haven't retested at the track yet.

Point being, 0-60 on the street is a bit pointless. I dont even get WOT traction until 40+ mph.

I use 40-90 mph times as a more practical way to measure changes with mods.
