Which SD card are you using?
Did you leave the SD card in the car the entire day or were you removing the card after each session? Just wondering if something like that may make a difference.
Strange question, but is your date/time in the car set to automatically update? The symptoms with my cars and the others seem like a new day allows it to work again once, for whatever reason. I need to play around more with setting the dates forward as well as trying empty cards vs cards with files from the current date.
