Folding down the back seat is a great idea indeed if one wants to make the sound more pronounced. The cabin of the coupe is fairly well insulated from the factory.

Not sure how your neighbors would react to something even louder than a Corsa, heh, although it's the long tube headers that made my car much more dramatic, not really the intake or the supercharger.
I do want long tubes after warranty is done, but I also like to go on night drives. With the Variable, I can close the valves and it gets quiet enough that I haven't heard any complaints yet. If I had long tubes, it would probably still be too loud. Although I was pretty surprised at how loud a speed X pipe (delete pipe) and Corsa exhaust was. From the outside, it's really loud.

Did you hear any difference with and without the sound tube?
