I also thought it was very interesting that the 2025 CT5 gets a huge refresh and soldiers on while the Camaro ends production in January 2024, both coming from the same plant.
The CT5 is a global car and my understanding is that China eats up Cadillacs, so perhaps CT5 global volume warrants it to continue.
I do feel a bit better about the Lansing plant as previously I thought it was immediately turning into an EV only plant after January 2024, however it doesn't appear to be the case. If the strike happens and Camaro 2024 production is delayed to beyond January, hopefully that's acceptable by GM..
