No the stock LT1 cannot survive 700whp on 93 at stock compression. cylinder temps are too high with too tight of ring gap. Install a cam to bleed off some dynamic compression it would have a better chance or even better lower compression with drop in pistons and it will make good power on 93.

The path of least resistance with the best bang for buck is what Laynlo suggested. ToohighPSI port kit with a low side upgrade and you can run E60-E80 and the stock LT1 will live in the 700whp range.

You might as well forget about 93 octane and start thinking about E85. This isn't the LS1 days. These high compression engines love the octane and need the cooling from Ethanol to make reliable power.

To answer the OP question. No the LT1 injectors are not capable enough. If you did LT4 fuel system and 38% cam you could get upwards of 780-800whp on E50-60. Probably could run full E if you kept power in the lower 700's. Shops were changing cams and not upgrading the fuel system because there wasn't any fuel upgrade options at the time and nobody fully understood the tuning side of things.
