One thing I will say about the ZL1/ZLE is that it is a very easy car to drive. I’ve been an absolute idiot in mine and it makes me a much better driver than I probably am. Now other cars like the Viper and even most Vettes, you really have to know what you’re doing behind the wheel. The weight of the Camaro also helps keep you out of trouble.
The C8 Z06 is also a handful on the limit. If you search for C8 Z06 at NJMP there is a video floating around of a pretty good driver struggling to keep the car straight. By contrast if you watch any of my vids there you’ll see that I can almost sip a cup of hot coffee with the car on the limit as it’s so composed.
