Have you tested and looked for intake/air leaks post Mass Airflow sensor? I had those codes and it was driving me and my tuner crazy. Came to find out I have a PCV hoses was lose and was allowing air in after the MAF sensor. Once I fixed that The codes cleared after a few different driving sessions.

I have just visually inspected around the engine bay. I am probably going to end up taking it to a mechanic to take a look, but wanted to see if there was a simple fix I can do myself first.
