I can run on 93 YES, but the timing is reduced progressively anytime the E content is less than E70. I would NEVER run 93 on the track though as I take plenty of E85 to the track with me in my tire trailer when I go. I would NEVER drive the car aggresively on 93.

I run GM heads but they have an AMP CNC port on them. The IG video says 12:1 compression on the LME engine NOT MINE> The compression calculations put my engine between 13.5 and 14:1 compression. I am running a ported MSD intake with NW 103MM TB and BIG MOUTH air intake. I CURRENTLY run the Gwatney Performance NFC cam but the cam I WILL be running is quite a bit larger. I am not too concerned about that because the compression and larger CI engine tames the cam somewhat at idle. The CURRENT cam idles fine in 105 temps in heavy traffic with the STOCK converter (A10).
