I have around 18 track hours on my current Mobil1 0W-40 ESP X3 oil too without any issues (knock on wood).
I have a manual transmission. Automatic transmission might heat the oil up more requiring a shorter oil change interval.
The 4 track hour oil change interval was in the 2017 manual but now it is listed only under the V6 engine heading in the 2023 manual (page 178).

Thanks for the clarification! I swore I read 4 hrs somewhere just couldn’t find it. Guess it doesn’t apply to the v8. Good to know.
