This right here is the most likely culprit. Super wide, super grippy rear tires under hard acceleration can get very wiggly when the toe is out. And make sure your alignment shop knows what they are doing. I used to take my cars to the local XX cheap national tire discount retailer. With the Camaro, they never got the alignment right. My local Chevy dealer, and now my race shop are the only ones who could nail the alignment. What is "in spec" and "tight tolerances" for most cars will make your Camaro wiggly.
