I didn't notice the wiggle you're talking about on my 2017 SS 1LE before or after track alignment both when driving on the street and on the track. I also didn't notice it driving my buddy's 2018 SS 1LE with track alignment on 2 different tracks.
I did install the BMR BK063 Rear Cradle Bushing Kit since I do a lot of track days and afterwards I can feel oversteer starting more gradually than I could without it. It does increase vibration/harshness somewhat depending on the road surface, especially over bumps but the increase is not bad enough to prevent me from driving through a bunch of different states on trips. I have also repeatedly noticed that the rear end slides very slightly when you change lanes while full throttle over a crown in the road in 3rd or 4th gear like what you find on a 2 lane per side Interstate highway. I couldn't feel this before, probably because the rubber was absorbing or masking it. It is not enough of a slide to need to counter steer (at least with traction control on). It is not a great feeling but I'm getting used to it so it doesn't startle me as much when I feel it.
An alignment might be enough to fix your issue but I'm not sure.
Also are you on stock tires? I was for my previously mentioned experiences. Tires with softer sidewalls and/or different front to rear height ratio than stock could possibly cause issues.
