I cancelled the one-month free OnStar trial today and asked both of the OnStar propagandists I “needed” to talk with to remove my email and snail-mail addresses from their records permanently. (I never gave them my phone number.) There is no feature of OnStar that I’d want that I don’t already get for free from another source, and the rest just invade my privacy. Why would I pay a company $32/month just to irritate me?
Fortunately, this is the only negative experience I’ve had with this vehicle. The paint’s been corrected, the PPF is done and now it’s time for the ceramic coating.
