They replaced the display screen only and correct, they obviously didn’t test it after replacement. I asked before they even ordered the new display if they could just replace the entire head unit and that was what they were supposed to have done. Now they’ve wasted my time and I’m still driving around with the issue. It is going on a month now since I initiated my claim.
